This is my first post here. Mainly, my motivation to start the blog has been to stay accountable and report my progress in my attempts to begin a running program called C25K, or Couch to 5K. I’ve decided to start the C25K program on Monday, 9/1/08. I’m going to track my progress here, as well as on a personal running log online.
I have dedicated a separate page on the blog (see upper corner) on which I will track my progress and all the aches and pains that might come along the way. Whether anyone reads this, ever, isn’t the question, but the challenge is to keep at it – the program and the blog – to the end of the 9 weeks and hopefully beyond.
Congratulations. I’m sure you’ll get to 5K (and beyond, if you want) if you follow the program. I think you’re starting on 9/1/08, not 8/1/08?
